Description
‘Springtime Laughter’ is an original daffodil painting celebrating the colour and abundance of spring, with golden yellow blooms, delicate white flowers and fresh green foliage beneath a soft blue sky.
Created for a daffodil commission from Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, this joyful composition brings together golden yellow and warm orange daffodils, delicate white flowers and fresh green foliage beneath a soft blue sky.
Expressive marks and layers of colour capture the energy of a garden coming into bloom. Fine stems rise through the darker greens, with scattered flowers bringing light and movement across the canvas.
Measuring 100 x 100 x 4 cm, this large square painting makes a welcoming focal point for a living room, dining room or hallway.
